It was great seeing many of you at the fun run on Wednesday!! I couldn’t say enough about how proud I am of our community coming together for the betterment of all of our students and families. I’m so grateful to be here!! Progress reports went home in grades 3-8. Please reach out to teachers with any questions that you may have.

What a great day we had at the Bobcat Fun Run!
We raised $31,143.44! (207% of our goal!) This money will go directly to the school's general fund - which is used to provide funding for students in need (think: paying for hot lunches, refilling the food pantries, school dances, field trip fees for families who may need financial support), teacher appreciation, and updates to places and spaces that make ERA great!

Pantry Donations Needed
Granola bars, apple sauce and small water bottles would be very appreciated! Drop off your donation during the morning carline, or have your child walk them into the front office.
Shoe Donations Needed
Accidents happen at school, and sometimes to shoes! We are starting a small loaner closet of shoes in case of mishap. Any gently used shoes in various sizes would be much appreciated. Drop off your donation during the morning carline, or have your child walk them into the front off.

DUKE FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER
This is an opportunity to make a lot of money for our ERA athletics programs. We will need 12 parents and up to 4 kids per game, but kids must be 16 and up. You will work at a Duke football concession stand, and it's busy! We will make 10% of that stand's proceeds. Please wear ERA gear as you work if possible. All adults will also need to complete online training before working (once you sign up, Brad will send you the link). What you might have missed?
Car Line - You can drop off beginning at 7:30 am at the K-8 Campus.
There is only ONE line in the morning. Please stay in the lane closest to the school.
Staff will be along the sidewalk to assist students with doors.
Please PULL FORWARD as far as possible to fit as many cars as possible.
Please be sure that you are not blocking any of the HS entrances and exits!

Board of Directors
The next regular BOD monthly meeting Tuesday, September 29th starting at 5:30 p.m. at the ERA HS conference room. Public comments are welcome and can be made in person, live over Zoom, or submitted in advance (no later than 1 p.m. Sept 29th) to board@enoriveracademy.org. We hope to see you there.
