Introducing Lindsey Sealy, ERA's newest Executive Director
Dear ERA Community.
At Tuesday’s Special Board meeting, the Board unanimously approved the promotion of Lindsey Sealy into the Executive Director position.
Over the past nine months, Lindsey has exceeded Board expectations as Interim ED. Her ability to quickly learn and navigate the complexities of a charter school during a transition has been remarkable. Just consider a few of the critical areas she has already directly impacted through and with the support of many of you:
· Equitable teacher contracts and HR compliance
· Enhanced school safety and school security
· Transparent budget management and financial planning
· Record-setting fundraising and grant writing
· Forward-looking goals and best practice planning
· Improved communication and school handbooks
· Robust School Improvement Team and renewed PTO
Beyond her accomplishments, it’s Lindsey’s strong character and deep commitment to ERA’s mission, educational program, and student success that give us confidence. We believe she is the right leader to help write ERA’s next chapter and truly deliver on the promise of “Inspiring Excellence and Nurturing Innovation” across our community – inclusive of students, teachers, parents, and partners.
Please join us in congratulating Lindsey and continue to give her your full support as she grows into this new leadership role. If you have any feedback for the board, please share at board@enoriveracademy.org.
Best regards,
Dave Nagel
Board Chair
